Absolutely! Many of our signature cakes can be reimagined as bundt cakes, cupcakes, or minis. Contact us to discuss options.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or sugar-free items?
At this time, we don’t offer these options. If that changes, we’ll announce it on our website!
Are your products nut-free?
Nuts are always clearly listed in product descriptions or visible on items. While we minimize cross-contamination, please alert us to allergies when ordering so we can take extra precautions.
Why is my cake refrigerated upon delivery?
We prioritize food safety! Our from scratch-made cakes contain real dairy and fruit—no preservatives or artificial stabilizers. Especially in Louisiana’s heat, where buttercream can melt quickly if left outdoors. For best results:
Refrigerate immediately upon arrival if not serving soon.
Before serving, let sit at room temperature (away from sunlight/heat) for 1–2 hours.
In summer months, reduce to 30–60 minutes to prevent softening.
